Brief Answer:
You should seek medical support. Privacy and secrecy should be maintained.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

In my opinion, medical termination of pregnancy should be done only under the supervision of a qualified and authorized gynecologist.

Your privacy and secrecy should get honored even if you get in touch with the medical practitioner.

Going ahead with abortion with pills on your own with the use of across the counter medicines might lead to serious complications that can prove to be dangerous for your reproductive system in the future.

I hope this answer helps you.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks

Do not worry. Secrecy will be maintained.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.

I can understand your situation..
If you are concerned with the process of abortion, you can opt for the centre that will not reveal your identity.
Main concern can be that somoe patient wants to keep it secret that she has become pregnant and some patient wants abortion process to be kept as secret.

Both these things can be kept as secret.
Doctors have professional ethics about not revealing the treatment taken by you unless they are asked by official authority.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Unless you give history, it will be treated as miscarriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
As discussed earlier, unless you give history of pills taken, ER. doctor can not ascertain cause of bleeding. And it can be treated as miscarriage.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
