Hello ! If You Reader Too Much You Start To

Question: Hello !
If you reader too much you start to think unnecessary things – and it can stress you out
So please calm me down
I was reading about reactive arthritis – I hla b27 negative, I m absolutely healthy with no symptoms.
1.In some publication it said that reactive arthritis incidence rate after gastric infection is 30 % but reading these publications, they are done by in interview, and by patient self-reporting. And when doctors examined some patients – they was not diagnosed as reactive arthritis.
So question is after gastric infections like (Yersinia, Campylobacter, Salmonella and Shigella) some people can have joint paint but it dose not mean that it is reactive arthritis ?
Because articles write as incidence is so high 30 % - but some when doctors and proper diagnostic is made incidence is 1 – 5% no more
Some articles
Self-reported symptoms consistent with ReA were reported by 12% of yersiniosis patients compared to 5% in a reference group not exposed to yersiniosis.

There are few articles when doctor examine patient and diagnose reactive arthritis ! And then reactive arthritis incidence rate is 1 – 5 %
2. How much of those who have Hla b27 will develop reactive arthritis in case of gastral infections.
Literature said one in five – is it so ?
About 8% of healthy people have the HLA-B27 gene, and only about one-fifth of them will develop reactive arthritis if they contract a triggering infection.

Brief Answer:
hi
Detailed Answer:
hi
yes most of the data seems fine.
the incidence of people developing reactive arthritis after gastric infections is very low,
only in people who present with reactive arthritis is hla b 27 checked, and in them too there are some cases of reactive arthritis who are hla b27 negative.
some cases of acute arthritis may progress to be chronic.
if there are any specific questions I can answer.
regards
