Question: Hello , I'm 27 male recently quit smoking
From the past 3 months I have been feeling very dizzy and lightheaded. I can't tell if vision disturbance is there. But having pressure in forehead and feeling occasional cross eyed. Having occasional ringing in the ear.
Have been to many doctors no one seems to find the cause. Also all blood reports and an MRI of the brain is normal.
What could be the reason? Is this related to eye?
Also I have been to a eye specialist and he thinks nothing is wrong. But the lightheadedness is persistent.
My BP fluctuates between 130/75 to 115/55

I have been to the ENT. He put me on some meds and taught me vestibular rehabilitation exercises which I did for 2 weeks. It did not improve my symptoms.
My question is is this related to the eye?*
Or may be any harmonal imbalances?*

Detailed Answer:
hey thanks for the follow up query . As an ophthalmologist I dont think it is related to the eye. I think its the balance and balance is controlled by the vestibular system dear.
