Question: Hello.. I'm 34 year s old.. I used to masturbate 2-3 times a day for more than 10years. My penis looks bit odd veins visible on it and too much of skin might be due to masturbation habit. From last few years i'm not getting erections even in mornings. I have good urge for sex but erections are not happening. I tried sex few times but penis doesn't get hard enough. With semi hard it gets ejaculate in few seconds.

My medical and mental conditions:
1)I have discomfort near my left testicles. I have visited multiple doctors all say nothing is noticed in ultra scan. This discomfort is still present.

2)Some 4 years back I went into deep depression as my girl left me and got married to some other guy for family reasons. We loved each other very much. I didn't contact her after that nor checked her social sites. To over come depression n forget her I used to spent extra and late nights in office used to work all 7 days. This over work gave me stress and anexity in my life. It also gave be back pain. Nowadays I'm not doing those extra hours work but I feel stressed even when I'm at home on holiday or weekend without work. Some kind of unknown tension is always there.

My well-wishers are asking me to forget past and get married. But with these medical conditions I'm I fit for married life? Will I be able to keep any girl sexually and mentally happy? I don't want to be spoil some other girls life with my health problems. Kindly help me.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

First of all I like to inform you that setbacks/losses are part of life and we face them at every step of life. This time it was your love object (definitely a major loss) but we face similar kind of problems on multiple occasions. Considering this as a part of life and moving ahead is often the best strategy as it helps you to overcome the bereavement.

Now regarding the medical conditions I like to assure you that in the current era there are variety of treatment options available for sexual problems. From the surface it appears to me that your stress and anxiety is responsible for your poor sexual life and this can be well treated with medications and psychotherapy.

In my opinion you need to visit a psychiatrist as they are well equipped to treat both stress and sexual problems.

I hope this answers you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
