Hello, I'm A 27 Year Old Female, I Have A
Question: Hello, I'm a 27 year old female, I have a healthy BMI, but never exercise exept for walking about an hour a day. I have chronic esophagitis for a couple of years now, IBS, irregular heartbeat all have been looked into. I also have health anxiety, usually at night which can worsen my symptoms. Sometimes I only need to be told it's nothing or my mind races off. But I have noticed a pattern recently which does not match with anxiety. Sometimes I feel a bit light headed and unsteady at night, almost feels like a panic attack coming on, but my heart rate at these times are always around 54 or 52 beats per minutt, my usual resting heart rate is at 60. I am worried this might be dangerous. Especially since I can't find a reason for it.
Sometimes my heartburn triggers arrythmia and Vice versa, but could it trigger bradychardia?

Brief Answer:
Maybe due to dehydration.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
If you have done EKG and EKG 24 hours and everything is normal then you don't have to worry about it. Heart beats of 54 or 52 are almost normal around 60.I think this can be related to dehydration. I don't think this is much to worry about.
Just keep hydrated .
Hope I have answered the question.
