Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
After going through the detailed medical history provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that from the symptoms detailed its initial impression goes in favour of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia which is happening transiently in your case.

I would like to review your recent previous medical reports including your recent ECGs. Kindly upload the reports.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
You can get a holter monitor attached (ambulatory ecg recorder) for 72 hrs and if we are lucky then probably some episode might happen during that time making it possible to document and then diagnose what exactly happens that time.

Treatment option can only be discussed after the diagnosis is confirmed.
