Hii. Hope you are doing well. I have seen your CT SCAN reports. But it would be better if I could see your scanned copy of CT SCAN plates. It seems that you are having mucosal thickening of sphenoid sinus and ethmoidal cells. Have you undergo any nasal endoscopy by ENT surgeon? Please let it be done and send me the endoscopy reports. Start an antiallergic tablet, steroid nasal spray, steam inhalation through nose. Please send me the scanned copy of plates. If it is only mild mucosal thickening in sphenoid sinus then it will get resolve with nasal spray, but if it is a polyp or cyst then you should continue spray for 3 months. If it don't resolve for 3 months then you may need surgery. Get well soon. Review me with reports.
When the other doctor answered he indicated that everything looked fine and he thought perhaps I should consider it being trigeminal neuralgia. I have had pain primarily just in my upper left teeth for quite a few months now and the dentist has done xrays and found nothing wrong. I also feel some milder pains and pressure in my left ear and have some soreness in my left neck, probably due to posture. I was actually thinking that if it wasn’t sinus related perhaps it could be TMJ disorder. Well, I mistakenly googled trigeminal neuralgia after the other doctor mentioned it and saw it can be caused by tumors, multiple sclerosis, etc. Do you think it could be trigeminal neuralgia and should I be worried about those causes? I had an MS scare fifteen years ago after having a c-section and experiencing parasthesias, and went to a neurologist who ran tests and MRIs. No specific lesions were found and he couldn’t definitely diagnose MS. I do have chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, however, and nothing suggestive of MS has arisen over the past fifteen years. I just got worried when I googled trigeminal neuralgia and the mention of tumors and multiple sclerosis came up!

Hii. Please let me tell you the approach we need to take in your problem. We always need a nasal endoscopy and subsequent CT SCAN to see all the nose, all the paranasal sinuses. CT scan has showed mucosal thickening in your sphenoid and ethmoid sinus. Other structures are normal. You visited dentist. Their reports are normal. Now my suggestion will be u please do a flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscope (simple endoscope to see nose voice box). If all the reports come normal there is gross no pathology in ENT section. Trigeminal neuralgia is a neurological problem for trigeminal ganglion. If all the reports get normal we may consider treatment for trigeminal neuralgia. It's diagnosis is based on symptoms,we can't define it by tests. So we have to rule out other gross problems. Start taking calcium tablet, vitamin D supplement and Vitamin B complex . Review me wid CT, endoscopy reports. Don't panic with tumors related with MS. Don't Google any thing, you may be misguided by multiple irrelevant information. Consult always doctor, ask them questions as many you can but don't get yourself involved in searching google. Get well soon.

Hii. Don't panic. I think you are having nothing serious. If CT and endoscopy reports are normal then just continue antiallergic tablet and steroid nasal spray. Then you can consult Neuromedicine for further treatment. Continue calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B complex supplement as their deficiency can cause any neuralgia pain. Relax and stay focused in life. Happy healthy lifestyle, you will be fine. Drink tea, coffee less. Do yoga and relax yourself. Don't hesitate to review if you have any queries.
