Question: Hello.
I’m contacting you on behalf of my fiance. She’s 32 years old. A month and a half ago during the first day of her period, she had some dizziness (she compared it to a drop of blood pressure) with some diarrhea and vomitting. All these symptoms were vanishe hours later. First she blamed her diet. Then she decided to visit her gyneco.

The doctor asked for some tests and made some assumption of possible cancer or possible early menaupose (since her family has a history of early menopause)
When the results came she received a phone call from the secretary of the doctor saying that nothing is showing wrong in the tests.

I checked the results and i wanted a second opinion on the results. Especially on the AMH,LH and FSH.

She said she’s doing the test to know how long she still has before the menaupose. So she can take proper precausions.

Please let me know how i can send the tests

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

I have gone through your query and also through the attached reports. I would like to offer some suggestions.

In the reports, I have noticed
1. High fasting blood glucose level
2. High LDL levels
3. Low AMH level
4. Low Vitamin D level.

Since there is a family history of early menopause, antral follicular count can be done to know how much time is left. If the count is good, there is not much worry. If the count is lower, precautions must be taken to preserve the ova for a later time.

Correction of the deficiencies is needed. It is preferable to go ahead with child-bearing early after marriage.

She should take plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Adoption of a healthy lifestyle is important.

Hope you find this information useful. Please feel free to contact for further information. I will be happy to help.

regards,
Shanti.V.

Brief Answer:
Nutritional deficiencies and hormonal, if any.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back.

By deficiencies I meant any nutritional and hormonal deficiencies. She has low vitamin D levels which need to be corrected. Similarly, she has high fasting blood glucose which needs to be taken care of. So is the lipid profile.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please get back if you need anything else.

regards,
Shanti.V.
