Question: Hello. I’ve been having some issues with what I thought maybe was vertigo or some sort of dizziness. It feels kind of like a slight rocking back-and-forth or a falling for word feeling. It’s very slight it’s nothing where I’m falling over or can’t stand in one place. But I also have some pressure in my head around like the headband area and behind my eyes and forehead.

I went to my primary Doctor Who looked in my ears and looked in my nose didn’t see anything obvious and took some blood test the blood test came back normal for blood count and normal for liver function and normal for thyroid. Everything in the standard blood test was normal.

I went to an ENT specialist today that scared me because he said it could be cardiac and he would also want to do an MRI which I assume is to check for a brain tumor? I went to an ENT specialist today that scared me because he said it could be cardiac and he would also want to do an MRI which I assume is to check for a brain tumor? I had been to a cardiologist three months ago for a check up and had a CT scan stress test echocardiogram the works and everything came back normal.
No things can change in a couple months I guess but it was normal three months ago.
I don’t know what else is left it seems like they ruled out all of the non-serious stuff and I am very scared to do the MRI and have it come back as some sort of brain tumor! I am in a panic now.
I had a brain MRI and spinal MRI a year ago about 14 months ago, and at that time it was normal. They did a neurological in office exam today and that came back pretty normal and he looked in my ears and nose again. I don’t know what this could be but now I’m worried it something very bad! No major headache . No ringing in ears . No eye issues .

My blood pressure this morning was 100/80, and I have noticed its on the lower side like this sometimes, and other times its like 108/ 73

I have had anxiety for years, never experienced this with anxiety, feels like pressure, and fullness in my head, temples, behind eyes, and the motion feeling ... sometimes a headache base of skull.

I'm making myself MORE anxious worrying about brain tumors though.

Hi,
Anxiety can be a possible cause. Undue concern about brain tumor may be aggravated your symptoms.
Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.
You can go for an MRI brain just for reassurance.
