Brief Answer:
Reason for test....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
All other parameters especially the pus cells, nitrates, sugar, protein and RBC are all within normal range. In such circumstances, isolated slightly higher epithelial cells has no significant importance. However I would like to know the clinical circumstance, the reason for getting urine test. If there is a specific symptom, I might be in a better position to relate the urine test abnormality and guide you.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Not concerning...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If there are no other symptoms, then the rise in epithelial cells is not significant and can be ignored. It is associated with infection, however the report and her clinical symptoms are not suggestive of infection. Encourage her to drink plenty of fluids and it should likely solve the abnormality.
Hope I have addressed your concern. Let me know if you need clarification.
