Brief Answer:
Hashimoto or Grave's possible.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to "Ask a doctor service" . I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the results show high thyroglobulin antibodies and high thyroid peroxidase antibodies and low lymphocyte count.
Also bilirubin is a bit high.
Increased thyroid antibiotics can show that she may have Grave's disease or Hashimoto.
The thyroid hormones are normal TSH and FT4 are normal and there are not changes yet but she should keep them under moderation.
The low lymphocyte count show inflammation or possible infection which may be viral.
This changes may also increase bilirubin levels.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Possible autoimmune issue of thyroid and viral infection of liver.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
It is not important if we count it as a follow up or not, the most important thing is that we approach to diagnosis and real evaluation of situation of the girl. Of course we will not count it if you don't want to.
Thyroglobulin antibodies and and thyroid peroxidase antibodies are high and may show autoimmune disease such Grave's or Hashimoto.
The low leucocytes count or leucocytopenia comes as a result of low lymphocyte count since other types of white blood cells are within normal range. Lymphocytes become low usually after a viral infection and since bilirubin is high it can possibly be a viral infection of liver, hepatitis.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.

This is my last follow up and you still have not answered my main question. I do not care to know more about any of the thyroid markers. I knew what those meant mainly before paying for this service.
What could be the cause of her absolute lymphocyte and white blood count being low and her bilirubin high? If it is a possible liver issue what types of things could that mean...and are her numbers that bad? She is 12.
Please answer both questions completely. Thank you!
