Brief Answer:
Can be taken after KFT

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message,
Yes they can both take multivitamins.
I suggest checking KFT for both of them though.
If KFT is good, your father can take Revital, once a day, after food.
Similarly, if KFT is good, your mother can take Revital Woman, once a day, after food.
Calcium supplementation can also help. So they can both take them as well.
I hope this helps.
Best of luck, Dr Mittal
