But physically checking, there is no issues in Urine flow and he doesnt have any present difficulty. He had a mild difficulty once 1.5 years back but it eased on its own.

Hello again,
Thanks for writing back,
Sorry for the long delay in replying back,
Since your father does not seem to have any bothersome symptoms, I would suggest it best to watch and wait for now, rather than taking any medications. This is a normal condition that arises in almost all men in their older age. At this point, there is no need for an urine flow cytometry, as he is not symptomatic.
I would suggest him to do the following:
- Making necessary lifestyle changes like:
* Avoid drinking too much water or beverages before going to bed.
* Avoid tea or coffee and alcohol
* Urinate when the urge arises, do not wait.
* Avoid decongestants and antihistamines.
* Watch for signs and symptoms
You may consider using TAMSULOSIN 0.4mg once daily if he has any symptoms like not able to control urine, incomplete evacuation of urine, difficulty in passing urine etc.
I hope this helps,
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards
