Question: Hello
My daughter is 18Months old now. We live in UAE where there is not much sunlight exposure in summer due to extreme heat and sunlight.
She was Vitamin D deficient in February when doctor asked us to take Vitamin D of 4000 IU for 1 month to get her levels back to 22-24
Post that she is taking 600 IU a day.
In summer considering she doesnt have any exposure to sunlight , how much Vitamin D dosage she should take
Thanks
doctor
