Question: Hello My lips are massive swollen. 2 months ago I had jevederm injection & there was no issue for 2 months. My top & bottom lip is now covered in cold sores or inflammation. I have antibiotics but my lips continue to swell. It is now day 3 I am worried. Thank you.

If you have a cold sore as mentioned in history, you may need to prescribe acyclovir like antiviral cream additionally.

Usually, it resolves within one week.

You can take over the counter anti-inflammatory drug as well.
