I do eat a regular diet in general, meaning breakfast, lunch and dinner although not always at the same times. I eat meat, carbs veggies and fruits and sometimes dairy and I drink mostly warm water sometimes with ginger or honey. I eat sweets sometimes but not daily. I do not seem to be lactose intolerant and I dont think I am allergic to gluten. I have 1-2 bowel movements daily and and my stress level is not too high.
I have kindly provided more detailed information regarding my digestion and eating habits. Is it possible that you could give me more specific input about my questions from earlier? It would be appreciated. Thank you so much.
Brief Answer:
Probably irritable bowel syndrome, follow the advice below
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
If you have a regular diet the cause of your syndrome can be irritable bowel syndrome.
Irritable bowel syndrome is characterized by episodes of softer stools and than hard ones.
It can also cause bloating.
I suggest to take daily probiotics to restore the intestinal flora.
I also suggest to drink a lot of liquids and avoid food that can trigger the symptoms.
The common food that might trigger the symptoms are caffeine, spicy food or fats.
For the bloating you can use Simethicone medications three times a.
If the symptoms continue, you should see a gastrologist and get some tests done for further evaluation.
Hope my answer was helpful.
Take care dear.

Generally my stools are formed well and come on in one long piece, sometimes two or three at once, but yes when I eat too much of certain foods it sometimes comes out looser but not always. I started taking probiotics a few weeks ago. Is it okay that I have switched probiotics every few weeks?
That was my last question by the way in my last reply then I will be done.
