Brief Answer:
Night sweats ?cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
In your case, the most likely cause of sleep hyperhidrosis is abdominal infection in the recent past coupled with deficiency of micro nutrients.
It would improve as your residual infection subsides and oral intake improves.

Take nourishing diet.
Drink plenty of water and fluids during the day.
Take bland dinner to avoid acid reflux.
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, carbonated drinks and spicy foods
Do not eat anything within 2 to 3 hours before going to bed
Have low fat and low sugar diet.
Sleep in a room with cool environment anf with free air circulation.
Avoid synthetic fabrics and wear comfortable nonsynthetic febric(preferably cotton).
Avoid heavy sheets and blankets.
Practice relaxation techniques and breathing exercises before going to bed.
Stress and and anxiety can make you break out in a sweat during the night aswell, just like it can do in the daytime.
Don't overthink because most of the reasons of night sweats are trivial and not lifethreatening.

Happy living.
Regards.
