Is There A Point Where A Cat Scan Would Be Recommended If Her Weight Loss And Tiredness ?

Question: Hello. My wife has been dealing with allot of exhaustion, headaches for a while, but for the past two weeks she’s been severely exhausted, lack of appetite (lost 5 pounds in one week) and minor indigestion. She’s also had diareah. She had an mri of her head which came back clean about 5 months ago, and she just scheduled a colonoscopy/endoscopy in two weeks. She is also waiting on routine bloodwork that was taken last week. I just want to make sure we’re covering all our bases b/c I am very concerned at the sudden worsening of her symptoms along with the weight loss. Pancreatic cancer runs in her family so I am concerned. Her latest bloodwork was in December and everything looked well.
-Is there any other tests I should be pushing for?
-Is there a point where a cat scan would be recommended if her weight loss and tiredness continues and how long should we wait to push for this?

Brief Answer:
Almost all things are covered, as you said.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Make sure her ultrasound whole abdomen, chest xray and HIV test comes normal.
Other than this blood investigations panel should include
Complete blood count, liver function test, fasting blood sugar, renal function test, serum amylase, serum lipase.
And as you said colonoscopy.
If all above comes normal, then nothing to worry about.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
