My wife is 28 years old and she has a small rash in her right Breast and after going through online forums she is becoming paranoid and going cazy for that.
She is thinking when is having breast cancer . Please can you advice after looking at the pictur is ist sign of breast cancer.
What I am thinking is it is just fungus and applying micanazol cream.

Just to update you, she showrs with very hot water, then after she uses XXXXXXX baby powder.

No hostroy of breast cancer in family.
No children.
No ithicness at all. Just when she showers with hot water only then for 2-5 seconds

From the history and photo this looks to be dermatitis only with superficial skin erosion due to rubbing or so.
here is no need to worry if there is no lump underlying the skin lesion.
Over-treating can cause more problems as the skin of breast is very tender.
Do not apply anything for a few day.
No tight clothing.
avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
No hot showers at all.
There may be healing earlier than expected.
Take care.
