Question: Hello,

Over last few month, i see the tip of the penis skin is tightening. And as a result, it is difficult for penis to pull out and in of the skin. During intercourse, i often get cuts on the skin tops which causes pain the moment any liquid touches the cut. The opening of penis skin is gradually getting very shorter.

Please help.
