Hello Respected Sir, I Am Suffering From Severe Pre-mature Ejaculation

Question: Hello Respected Sir, I am suffering from severe pre-mature ejaculation (Less than 40-60 seconds), erectile dysfunction, instead of fact that Am only 25 years of age, despite I use to go Gym and taking healthy diet veg as well of Non-Veg, I have also used to Himalya Products and many other products but to no avail. Kindly help me, as my marriage is going to held very soon.
I want to share one more thing with your goodself that prior to two years, I have used Cipla Citadep 20 mg tablets, that really helps in curing my pre-mature ejaculation, after taking this tablet for a week continously, my timing increased to more than 5 minutes.

Your premature ejaculation had been improved in past with anti depressant medication.
So depression or performance anxiety can be the cause for your problem.
For that you need to consult psychiatrist for counselling and get prescription accordingly.

Master and XXXXXXX stop and start technique also beneficial in premature ejaculation.
Local anesthetic drug like Lignocaine also can be beneficial.

Deep breathing and aerobic exercise will be more beneficial for you.

Although psychological cause seems most likely in your case, I would like to suggest you to rule out hypertension, cardiac cause, Hormonal problem, diabetes as well through following investigations...
_blood pressure measurement
_EKG
_serum testosterone and prolactin estimation
_random blood sugar estimation

Ok Sir, Can I use Cipla Citadep 20 Mg regularly for curing my disease or I have to consult Psychiatrist. The details of Cipla Citadep is as under (which is showing in Internet to me):

"--S-Citadep 20 MG Tablet is used in the treatment of depression and generalized anxiety disorders. It should be started at lower doses and gradually increased. Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly as it may cause withdrawal symptoms like mood changes, irritability, dizziness, numbness in the hands or feet, and difficulty in falling asleep."

Or You should suggest me the medicines to cure all my diseases..

I will suggest that you may consult psychiatrist and get prescription accordingly. The mentioned medication contain Escitalopram which is also good anti depressant. In case of depression it has to be taken continuously as per doctor advise.
