Brief Answer:
During pregnancy thyroid requires closer monitoring and tighter control.

Detailed Answer:
dear madam, hi and welcome to ask a doctor platform. pregnancy and hypothyroidism is a very common event. thyroid balance is mandatory for both mother and baby. this requires close monitoring, so it is recommended that thyroid profile be checked every 4-6 weeks. thyroid hormones level required during pregnancy are very tight. so we target TSH between 0.5 to 2.5 uIU/ml and FT4 around 1.4. this makes one more important point clear that during pregnancy the tests required are TSH AND FT4.
as far as ur present dose is concerned, I cannot comment because I do not have ur thyroid report with me.
regards!
