Require further evaluation. Follow up with a bit more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice. If possible, kindly upload report image.
Usually long standing high blood sugar causes damage of various blood vessels in body including Kidneys. In case of damage of blood vessels in kidneys causes leakage of protein in urine.
As per my knowledge, I would suggest you the definitive test for diagnosis of Microalbuminuria is 24 hours urine estimation of protein. Still normal creatinine level indicates good renal function.
Microalbuminuria is condition in which albumin (protein) level is between 30 to 300 mg/ 24 hours and above that is overt proteinuria i. e. Nephropathy.
In that case you may require medications ACE inhibitors like tab. Enalapril after detailed medical examination and diabetologist consultation. This will help you to reduce disease progression.
There can be other causes for protein in urine. So kindly follow up with a bit more information.
Please let me know do you have burning while urination, fever, blood in urine, abdominal pain?
Along with that do regular blood pressure monitoring. You may require low protein diet after consultation. Avoid nephrotoxic drugs like NSAIDS. Maintain strict diabetic control.
Let me know I can assist you further.... Thank you.

Hello Sir,
I have uploaded the report please check and mine Creatinine level is 0.74MG. Is alone Creatinine level indicates healthy kidney function? I also read somewhere that Emotional stress also leads to protein in Urine. Is that true? because I am stressed from last two days and not able to sleep properly.
Also I have no burning sensation, fever or blood in urine.
Let me know your thoughts.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I have reviewed attached report.
Yes, usually normal creatinine level indicates good renal function. It can be also assessed by other parameters like blood urea nitrogen, glomerular filtration rate.
As per some studies, emotional stress can cause temporary rise in protein in urine. As per my knowledge, I don't think that two days stress can cause proteinuria. So for confirmation, I will suggest you to do 24 hours urine estimation of protein.
As per your report, I would suggest you to do fasting blood sugar, postprandial blood sugar and HbA1c level as random blood sugar level is not definitive test to check diabetes control.
Kindly follow all other measures as suggested earlier.
Let me know I can assist you further...

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
When 24 hours urine albumin is less than 30 mg/ 24 hours, it's considered as normal. From 30 to 300 mg/24 hours is Microalbuminuria and above that overt proteinuria. These values may varies slightly as per the laboratory reference values.
