Question: Hello Sir /Ma'am , I had faced asthmatic attack twice with in a week I took nebuiser budamate 200 and Asthlin still am facing difficulty in breathing I consulted with my pulmnologist of mine she advice me to admit in hospital near by and do further treatment but right now am in Beohari and there is no near by hospital or pulmnologist. Please help me what can I do? Local doctor are not well known about Asthma.

You should contact an ent surgeon as soon as possible. Till then and during the transport arrange for asthalin and budecort nebulizer and an oxygen source along with your working place or living room. Also arrange for oxygen source also. You can arrange metered dose inhaler of salbutamol and furacort along with you so that you can use them if you have any asthmatic attack. Use fluticasone nasal spray and montelukast tablet also to decrease allergic response.

Sir can it is possible to treat without visit because If I go to hospital they will plan for admission because twice a week acute attack is higher. Thankyou for your response

But please arrange some medicine physician specially chest medicine because inappropriate treatment may lead to many complications like pneumonia, acute respiratory failure.

Sir one hour before again asthmatic attack condition of my asthma is critical I had also severe attacks in past please advice me what is your final call? If they advice for admission should I have to or not. I took nebuliser budacort but I can't control myself.
