Hello Sir, My Father (Age 55) Is Getting Vomits From

Before few weeks he used to feel pain in upper abdomen below chest, we used to treat him with Pan D 40 as suggested by cardiologist.
We already have shown him to general physician but he only has suggested acidity related medicines.
Please view his ECG, Ultrasound and Xray of abdomen reports - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WquO6Nx8m4bNVnspGIxRwA3WPerpEMkA?usp=sharing
What do you suggest we should go for
Ecg x-ray and usg are all ok.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Thank you for query dear,
Have seen the reports as well as prescription of Gastroenterologist.
Your father's Ecg s normal and very likely the symptoms are due to acid peptic disorder as said by the Gastro.
As COVID-19 crisis is going on if your father responded to the medicines prescribed by the Gastroenterologist keep him on the same.
Once the crisis is in control a test called Endoscopy would be done to confirm if it's gastritis only or ulcers are there.
Tests to be done are-
Endoscopy
2D echo- Ecg is just a basic test of cardiology therefore to rule out cardiac pathology 2d Echo and Treadmill test has to be done for confirmation.
However as off now continue the same medications.
Follow ups are welcome.
Thanks you!
