Brief Answer:
I can't find the report

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
Sorry to say that the report is not seen.
By seeing the urine culture report we may be able to suggest the name of antibiotic,if there is any infection.
But the strength has to be advised by a Gynaecologist preferably after a direct check up.
Does she have any other medical conditions like diabetes ,hormonal issues?
Is she on any other medications?
She can drink more water.
Has she undergone any surgery? if so details

Feel free to ask your doubts with more details
Regards

Hello

I have re-uploaded the report. Please find attachment. The patient doesn't have diabetes or hormonal issues, but she has hypertension. She has not undergone any surgery in last five years. She is currently taking the following medicine.

1. telma am
2. nebicard 5
3. pantocid 40
4. multivitamin a to z
5. mdd xr 50
6. stalopam plus

We don't have the culture report now, only the routine test report. Can you suggest an antibiotic based on it? If you cannot, kindly suggest a medicine to reduce the inflammation and burning before and after urination.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Ok

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for sharing the reports.
I can understand the situation.
But we are not suppose to prescribe any drugs here
.
For burning she can either use Tab.Flavoxate 200mg tablet or citralka liquid 10ml in 1 glass if water 3 times daily.
Usually antibiotics to be taken after culture report.I suggest you to give her urine for culture .
Usually tablets like norfloxacin is used in general when culture report is not available and if she has no ALLERGY.

Hello

We have received the urine culture report. I have uploaded the report here. There are three separate pages. Please find the attachment. The patient is taking flavoxate 200mg as you suggested.

Based on the urine culture report, kindly suggest antibiotic. When suggesting antibiotic, kindly mention how many times a day it should be taken, before/after lunch and dinner and for how many days the patient has to be on antibiotic.

Thanks and regards
