Detailed Answer:
Hi
Greetings
Sorry to say that the report is not seen.
By seeing the urine culture report we may be able to suggest the name of antibiotic,if there is any infection.
But the strength has to be advised by a Gynaecologist preferably after a direct check up.
Does she have any other medical conditions like diabetes ,hormonal issues?
Is she on any other medications?
She can drink more water.
Has she undergone any surgery? if so details
Feel free to ask your doubts with more details

Hello
I have re-uploaded the report. Please find attachment. The patient doesn't have diabetes or hormonal issues, but she has hypertension. She has not undergone any surgery in last five years. She is currently taking the following medicine.
1. telma am
2. nebicard 5
3. pantocid 40
4. multivitamin a to z
5. mdd xr 50
6. stalopam plus
We don't have the culture report now, only the routine test report. Can you suggest an antibiotic based on it? If you cannot, kindly suggest a medicine to reduce the inflammation and burning before and after urination.
Regards
