Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome back on Ask a Doctor service!
Regarding your concern, I would like to reassure you that this kind of pain is not characteristic of any cardiac disorders.
As you have no shortness of breath, no typical cardiac chest pain and your vital parameters are within the normal ranges, I would exclude any cardiac issues.
The nausea could be indicative of acid reflux or gastritis. For this reason, I recommend taking an antiacid or PPI (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.).
If this does not help improve the pain, I recommend taking acetaminophen for the pain, in case of costo. It does not exacerbate acid reflux and can help relieve musculo-skeletal pain.
Anyway, there is no reason to panic as nothing serious is going on.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
Let me know about anything!
Wishing all the best,

Milk contains calcium, which can decrease the absorption of vitamin C. That is why it is necessary to take it separately from milk.
You can take it with bread and butter instead.
Hope to have been helpful!

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Regarding your concern, I would explain that the pain that you describe is not related to the heart.
I think that it is related to costochondritis. Fibromyalgia can not be excluded either.
Anyway, these heart rate fluctuations are quite normal, as a physiological reaction to the pain or anxiety.
So, you can work out normally.
Regarding the tests, I would recommend performing a resting ECG, echo stress test every 12 months. The echo stress test can be performed even more rarely (every 18-24 months).
While the complete blood count can be performed every 6 months. You can perform it earlier if you are feeling fever (in case of infection) or when suspicions of anemia or any other blood disorders are raised.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
