Brief Answer:
Get further evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you should get further evaluated in order to find the cause of this numbness on left arm and leg together with feeling lightheaded.
You may need to do a x-ray of the neck and lower spine to check for possible spine issues that cause radiculopathy ( spondyloarthrosis or protruding disc) .
Also this can be related to bad circulation related to compressed blood vessels.
You may need to do blood tests to check cholesterol and triglycerides levels.
Do an ultrasound of the left main arteries of leg and arm

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can you further.
