Hello, About 5 Days Ago I Developed A Cut On

Question: Hello, about 5 days ago I developed a cut on the shaft of my penis just below where the head and shaft meet. Its been painful but feels like it is slowly healing. Yesterday i discovered that just below that would i developed a small hard bump that almost looks like a pimple but its not white and is extremely painful to touch. The center of the bump is darker in color while the rest is red. Im not sure what I should do.

I think you should get tested for STD.
A bump on penis may signify a sexually transmitted disease and also taking count of the previous history of the lesion you had first you should get tested for sure.
It can be molluscum contagious or syphilis or lichen plans.

So, ive been married for 6 years now and we have been together for thr last 14 years. We're both faithful to each other..is it possible for these things just to appear randomly?
