Hello Again _ I Was Seen Yesterday By A Doctor

Attached is the ECG of yesterday.
The only heart issue I have is non-clinically significant mild aortic stenosis. Please see attached echo from XXXXXXX last year. I also had an echo in December of this year - same result.
This morning I had again pressure and pain in my chest which went away after 15 minutes and then I took two extra-strength Tylenol. No pain now. I can actually palpate the cartilage on my chest sternum where it hurts. But could this chest inflammation radiate to other places too causing this level of pain?
Please refer to the detailed information below
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and well being and I would like to tell you that costochondritis pain usually presents like the chest discomfort similar in patients with angina.
It’s one of the common differential diagnosis in chest pain patients and it’s etiology is not well understood.
Yes the pain from costocondritis can radiates also just like myocardial infarction pain radiation and can also be recurrent.
Drug of choice for this is NSAID group of medication like Ibuprofen or Naproxen.
Hot fomentation could be very useful for symptomatic relief in some patients.
Hope to have been helpful.
Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
