Hello All , I Have Ran An MRI Scan On

I have ran an MRI Scan on the head cause I have been experiencing sligh dizziness with lightheadedness and a headache which feels unfortable (something heavy on my head).
The reports says its sinusitis.
I have met ENT doctor and he ran a couple of physical tests on me, my hearing test was fine. He noticed my dizziness and made me do another excericese with my eyes closed and moving my legs in my same position, I was surprised to find myself in another place when my eyes were open.
I have been prescribed three medications
a) AVAMYS spray (twice a day)
b)Betaserc 24 (twice a day)
c) Stugeron 25 (Twice a day)
I have uploaded the mri scan report in the attachment. It also states something about a cyctic lesion in the head which is nothing to worry about when I spoke with my neurlogist doctor. Please do confirm that too possible.
Thank you

Hii. As you are having giddiness you need to do some tests. You need to consult an ENT surgeon and a Medicine doctor. Stop the above drugs for 1 week before attending Ent surgeon. Do a Dix hallpike test. With the help of this test we will come to know if you are having benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. This is a condition where calcium crystals are dislodged from balance system and can cause giddiness. You also need to do tests to see whether giddiness is coming from brain or not. For that you have to undergo Romberg's test, unterberger test and various tests to check central causes. Also carry out ENG test to see status of your balance system. Check your blood pressure and sugar. After consulting both Ent and Medicine doctor you will be given proper measures.

Can you tell me what I should be concerned with Doctor ?

Hii. From your history I don't think that you have underwent these tests. You have been given medication but no diagnosis has been made. If you don't stop these drugs then you can't come to a conclusion. So you ask your doctor about the cause of your giddiness and review.

Hi,
You have unilateral weakness of your balance system. You can continue the medication as they will decrease the attacks of giddiness. You can do some vestibular exercises to improve your balancing. Those exercises are very effective. You can ask them from your Ent surgeon. Avoid driving your car by your own.

How long do you think this should last given my status ?
And do you think this has anything to do with the lesion on the report ?
