Brief Answer:
Tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

It appears that you may need to have certain tests to find out why you are feeling weak and why are you are performing less than optimally.

It would be helpful to get certain blood tests like blood calcium level, phosphorus level and Serum PTH. These investigations will be helpful to point out for any hormonal abnormality that can cause weak bones.

You can also get a DEXA scan of your bones to look for weak bone structure and osteoporosis.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
