Question: Hello doc. I am a homosexual, few hours back I had intense body rubbing with a guy whose HIV and STD status is unknown. During the action he was half naked but I was fully on cloths ( t shirt and night pant). His pennis touched my private parts which are covered. There was minimum hand touching with his bare pennis. Except this no other action ad happened. Am worried about STDs and HIV. after the action I took bath and cleaned all parts with soap. Plz help

There is absolutely no risk of STDs or HIV from this particular incident. STDs are only transmitted through direct sexual contact wherein there is either contact with infected genital surfaces or exchange of infectious genital secretions. Body to body rubbing or touching each others genitals is not a risk at all.
