Question: Hello doc. I am a homosexual..i have two injuries on my finger (1) 10 days ago I got an injury it is bit deep and cured completely and a 90% of new skin has grown. (2) a small pin pinch without blood yesterday. With these two I gave a handjob to a guy whose STD / HIV status is unknown to me. I might have touched his precum but not the sperm. Plz suggest me.

A healing wound that is not bleeding and is covered with skin doesn't provide access to the virus. Similarly, a non bleeding puncture wound is self sealing and is impermeable to the virus. In my view I don't think you have any risk of HIV from the incident mentioned despite the wounds that you recently sustained.
