Question: Hello doc. I had oral sex with a man who probably might Have hiv. While fingering my vaginal hole was torn a bit and it started to bleed....he licked after i got cut too.! I did not observe if he have any cuts on his fingers or not...we did not have sex at all .

In these conditions, if both of you had no cuts/sores in your oral cavity and fingers, it is very unlikely that there had been any mixing up of blood or body secretions.
Therefore there is hardly any possibility of you contracting a sexually transmitted disease including HIV.
But I would advise you to be careful in the future and take protection while indulging in sexual acts with someone who has unknown HIV status.

Thank u doc! Thats a relief.... its been a year already after the exposure.... do u recommend any home hiv test kit for me to confirm? Or is it sure that i might not have any such sexually transmitted disease
