Brief Answer:
No reason to worry
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for using the Ask a Doctor service.
Let me assure you that the risk of transmission of HIV, Hep B Or Hep C in such a case is practically zero and you have no reason to worry. Moreover, you cannot infect yourself with your own blood, so the question of these viruses remaining alive on these surfaces does not apply.
You may relax.

Brief Answer:
5-6 days
Detailed Answer:
HIV may survive in dried blood at room temperature for up to five or six days provided that the optimum pH level is maintained. However, that is unlikely in a condition like this.

And what are optimum conditions for hiv hepc hep b to live otside body i.e temp ..ph...humidity...and effect of these factors on these viruses...would you recommende me of testing any of the viruses in my case

Brief Answer:
Get tested if you feel apprehensive
Detailed Answer:
I am really sorry that I was not available yesterday to answer your query. The hepatitis C virus can survive outside of the body for up to 3 weeks whereas for hepatitis B it is at least 1 week. Exposure to air (and other associated factors) definitely reduces its likelihood of maintaining integrity (for all the three viruses).
I do not see the reason to get tested but if you feel apprehensive, definitely go for it.
