Question: Hello doctor. Earlier, for a couple hours, I’ve been feeling this weird warm slightly tickling feeling in the center of my chest. Later on, I felt sharp pain there for a split second then it goes away. I currently feel light headed and it’s not going away. My left hand feels weird at times and I have random slight head aches from time to time.

Brief Answer:
further evaluation needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...

First of all, please note that these are a set of non-specific symptoms which can be seen in a wide range of medical disorders namely from cardiac to pulmonary origin to neurological or even due to excessive stress also...

Could you kindly share a bit more details in order for me to assist you better...

Your age and occupation, please?

Do you have any past medical history or taking any medications for any kind of health concerns?

When you say your left hand feel weird at times, do you mean it's trembling/tingling/decreased sensation or any weakness over any part of it?

Is the lightheadedness getting better or worse after any specific manoeuvres, eg. if you lie down, or put your head down below, does it get any better?

Is there any nausea/vomiting or any other discomforts?

Please note, if there's no nausea/vomiting, first of all, please drink some water, some electrolyte rich fluids (ORS-solution or Gatorade) and rest...if the lightheadedness keeps on persisting, or any chest discomfort/breathing difficulties, then please call for help...

Please don't try to move around and call for help so that necessary actions can be taken promptly, an immediate visit to the nearby ER/Urgent care for a prompt evaluation is necessary in that scenario...

Let me know if I can assist you further...
Wish you good health...

Take Care
Kind Regards
