Question: Hello doctor,
I am working in IT field more than 2 years.
I am having lower back pain while i am sitting long for work.Even i can't able to sit on the floor continuously.I am having this issue after getting in to this job. I don't have any injury from my past. I am not taking any medicines. Pain comes while i am bend down continuously also.For the last 3 months i started doing some excercise for this.But i get relief for some time only.And want to know.... doing fillip for continuously.Is it affect me.

Thanks for the query
It is very common in IT people because of posture problems. Avoid bending forward or lifting heavy objects. After sitting for half an hour, get up, walk around and do back stretching exercises when you can. Look at YouTube videos for back stretching exercises.
Take pain killer like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for pain relief. Apply heat in the form of hot water bag to get good relief.
Physiotherapy Is very important. Go for TENS therapy which will help you.
