Brief Answer:
Reports explained in detail.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and reviewed attached reports. Here is my advice.

As per your attached reports, HbA1c value is 5.9 which indicates pre-diabetes i. e. Slightly deranged blood sugar level. For confirmation, I would suggest you to do fasting and postprandial blood sugar level after physician consultation.

To normalize blood sugar level, strictly follow diabetic diet i. e. Whole grains, vegetable salad, fruits, sprouts and avoid bakery items, fast & processed food and do regular exercise like brisk walking for 30 to 40mins daily.

In thyroid profile report, TSH level is much below normal range. It indicates hyperthyroidism.

Please let me know do you have symptoms like rapid heart rate, decreased sleep, nervousness, irritable? It may be due to Tablet eltroxin overdose. You may require dosage adjustment after endocrinologist opinion.

In lipid profile report, total cholesterol, LDL and triglyceride are slightly deranged which can be easily normalized by fat free diet and daily exercise. Try to reduce weight if you are overweight. You can repeat test after 3 to 4 times months.

For slightly decreased levels of calcium and Vitamin D3, you can take tablet containing calcium and vit D3 like tablet shelcal D once a day after consultation. Take calcium rich foods like milk, beans, leafy vegetables.

Else other reports including renal function tests, liver function tests, complete hemogram are within normal limits. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query let me know if I can assist you further.... Thank you.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale.
