Brief Answer:
It is normal position.

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have seen all the pics and In my opinion this is normal position and curvature for a child of 1.4 yrs.
Initially all children have curve at knee( Bow legs) which starts disappearing at the age of 1.6-2 yrs, during normal physiological development. If the curve persists even after 2 yrs of age then X rays and blood tests are required for assessment.
I will not suggest any intervention at this stage, either medical or braces or anything else. Only follow up is required.
Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
