My wife feels some pain in lower abdomen something like a pain arising from Urin infection as she said.
She had symptoms of urin infections in the past.
Our marriage was on 28th October.
Tomorrow We are going to XXXXXXX for honeymoon.
She urges to urinate frequently but not going completely out.

Based on the facts that you have posted the pain in lower abdomen and urge to urinate frequently that your wife has could be due to stone in ureter and needs to be investigated
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done
1) Urine Routine and Culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and Pelvis.
In the meantime start taking antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin along with pain killers like Cyclopam twice daily.
Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and final diagnosis.
