There are several ways to treat yeast infection depending on the organ where it is placed and the if its severity.
Yeast infection is only treated with antifungal drugs and are found in different forms such gels in case of oral yeast infection, creams in case of skin fungal infection, suppositories in case of vaginal infection ( clotrimoxazol, miconszole) etc. Oral antifungals such fluconazole are reserved in case of severe fungal infections.
