Brief Answer:
Regarding scrotal itching
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
Seems like Scrotal Lichen Simplex Chronicus which manifests as intense constant itching and is also associated with patches of thickening of the affected skin. Scabies could be an underlying cause. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. In addition I suggest you to take Tab. Ivermectin 12 mg, 2 doses, a week apart. Topically I suggest you to apply a steroid and antibiotic combination ointment e.g Fluticasone propionate 0.05% and Mupirocin 2% combination (Flutibact ointment or FM Derma ointment), twice daily for a few days.
These are prescription medications and therefore you might need to visit a doctor in your vicinity.
take care
