Question: Hello doctor, my son is around 4 months old now. He started developing some boils / pumped today. His eye lid also looks to be affected due to it. I am attaching pictures for your review. He is not having any fever or so. Kindly let us know what needs to be done.

Sorry for the delay in my response,

I have seen the image attached.

The lesions appear to be due to mosquito bites, these will subside on their own. There is no need for intervention.

The other possibility is folliculitis, these occur due to blockade of oil glands on face. In case there is increase in the number of lesions over next one day, do visit a dermtalogist for closer examination.
