Hello Dr..my Lo Is 3 Yrs Old...she Has Developed A

Question: Hello dr..my lo is 3 yrs old...she has developed a rash on her left hand wrist...it is not itchy,no redness or tenderness....its been since one week...i will attach the pic...she is 15kgs..dctr let me know what to do...thanks in advance

yes doctor....family has both fungal infection and allergy history.....

Looks like fungal infection, apply topical antifungal

Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to fungal infection.
I would recommend you to apply an antifungal cream like luliconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks .
This will improve the rash.
