Question: Hello, every time I sneeze, cough, bend over, or make a movement pulling forward I get extreme pressure and pain in my entire head that lasts approximately 5 seconds.

I think it is primarily cough headache which mainly happens while straining, bending or pulling forward.
The causes of it are unknown and there is nothing to worry about.
I can recommend you to take any antinflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen if you see it necessary.
Avoid straining activities, constipation (using laxatives), sinus infections allergies (treating them and reduce sneezing and coughing).
