I would like to know how high is the risk of transmission on the first 24 to 48 hours right after HIV infection and also, if the kind of hash that I have is a symptom of acute HIV infection. Thank you for your answer. For what I know the higher the viral load the more infectious it is. Would it be high enough on the first day to be considered very risky to have sex without condom?
About testing, does the presence of symptoms means the exams should already be resulting as positive? The 4th generaton abbot blood laboratory test.
