You may try a ketoconazole based anti dandruff shampoo initially. Shampoo daily or on alternate days. If that seems insufficient you may also use an overnight lotion e.g Noskurf lotion which contains piroctone olamine and climbazole. Use it twice a week. Both of these are effective anti dandruff molecules.
