I would recommend you to use an anti fungal shampoo containing ketoconazole or ciclopirox olamine twice weekly.
In case of severe dandruff take oral anti fungal like tablet fluconazole 200mg alternate days or capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 3 weeks.
