Brief Answer:
Consult a nephrologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As per your description your brother is having chronic kidney disease.
It is dangerous condition and has the be treated under the guidance of a nephrologist.
Detailed evaluation is required to find out the exact cause. If the creatinine is increasing he might require dialysis.
Ayurvedic drugs has to be avoided because most of them contain heavy metals and alkaloids and which may further harm his body.
Better to restrict the use of meat as it is not good for kidney. Carbonated beverages and pain killers must be avoided.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Diet does not have a major role.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
People with chronic kidney disease have a decreased amount of erythropoietin (a hormone that promotes red cells) and subsequently, hemoglobin will be decreased.
In most cases, it will not respond with diet but most patients can tolerate with this low hemoglobin.
High creatinine ultimately leads to renal failure which is a life-threatening condition. It is not a simple disease controlled by dietary modification and you should take proper treatment.
